I collaborated with artist Elly Clarke to produce visual panels for the Queer Encounters Exhibition at King's Cross, London. The panels translated encounter transcripts into a visually coded format: timings were marked in pink, audible audio was represented in blackĀ and blank spaces indicated edited sections.
The design process was intense, including a 24-hour all-night collaboration via video link to finalise the visuals. We aimed for a raw, stripped-down aesthetic to reflect the storytelling and journalistic style of the exhibition.
